Matthew S. Sosik, President and CEO of Easthampton Savings Bank, announced the following promotions at the recent Annual Meeting of the Directors.
Ryan Leap was promoted to Executive Vice President Commercial Lending. He joined the bank as Senior Vice President Commercial Lending in 2014. Leap has more than 14 years of Commercial Lending experience, his most recent as Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending for Union Bank in Morrisville, Vermont. Leap has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, with a concentration in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, Johnstown, PA. He resides in South Hadley.
Susanne deVillier was promoted to Assistant Vice President Branch Officer. She joined Easthampton Savings Bank as a Branch Officer in Agawam in 2010. deVillier was promoted to Senior Branch Officer in 2014. She had 15 years prior banking experience with TD Bank, as Retail Banking Officer, Hampden Bank as a Branch Manager and SIS Bank as a Retail Banking Officer. deVillier has a Bachelor of Business Administration from American International College. She is Treasurer of Agawam Rotary, Board Member Agawam Small Business Association, West of the River Chamber member, board member of Captain Charles Leonard House. deVillier is also involved in fund raising for various school programs. She resides in Feeding Hills with her husband and children.
Cara Del Tatto was promoted to Interactive Marketing Officer. Del Tatto joined the bank in 2008 as a teller. She became Marketing Analyst in 2009. Del Tatto was promoted to Interactive Marketing Manager in 2012. She has an Associates Degree in Mass Communications and a Bachelors Degree in Political Communication from Emerson College. Del Tatto is a volunteer for Cot Shelter, Habitat for Humanity and Greater Easthampton Chamber of Commerce. She resides in Easthampton.
Meridith M. H. Salois was promoted to Senior Credit Analyst, Officer. She joined the bank in 2001 in the Loan Servicing Department and was promoted to the Credit Department in 2004. Salois was promoted to the Credit Department in 2007 and to Senior Credit Analyst in 2012. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Bay Path College. Salois also has a number of Lending & Financial certificates and diplomas from the Center for Financial Training. She participates in Junior Achievement and is Secretary of the Southampton Road Elementary School PTO. Salois is a former board member of the Distinguished Young Women of Greater Easthampton. She resides with her husband and children in Westfield.
