Our Staff



The professional staff of the Greater Northampton Chamber of Commerce (GNCC) conducts the day-to-day business of the organization, and implements the programs and directives established by GNCC’s Board of Directors with the help of community volunteers and committees. See what they do and what they enjoy most about their work at the Chamber.

  • Vince Jackson (he/him/his)

    Executive Director
    Legislative issues, business resources, tourism, and economic development programs.

    Making connections and building relationships with any and every one; coming up with ideas to inspire people to visit Northampton and the rest of Hampshire County; and leading a fun team that works and plays hard to make the Greater Northampton Chamber of Commerce (GNCC) a 5-star organization.

  • Katie McLaughlin (she/her/hers)

    Senior Manager of Investor & Community Relations
    Investor relations, event management, and educational programs.

    Creating meaningful connections for the business and nonprofit communities, and coordinating programs and events that strengthen our local economy.

  • Jenna Lloyd (she/her/hers)

    Operations Manager
    Accounts payable, receivable, billing. Human Resource administration, office & program workflow.

    Collaborative event planning; managing programs & accounts; and helping our many visitors and members are among my favorite things that fill the Chamber days.

  • Jack Brown (he/him/his)

    Senior Marketing & Communications Manager
    Newsletters, event communication, tourism marketing, web management and graphic design.

    Translating the Chamber’s mission into words and images, building tourism campaigns, and sharing what we do with our local community.
